OSH LAW

In view of the issuance of Department Order No. 252, Series of 2025, the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11058 were signed by Secretary Bienvenido E. Laguesma on February 15, 2025, and will take effect on May 16, 2025. This revision strengthens the enforcement of OSH standards and updates the previous IRR signed in 2018, following the enactment of RA 11058 by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on August 17, 2018.
