QESH Training Center & Consultancy OPC successfully conducted a 40-Hour Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH SO2) Webinar Training for Ulticon Builders, Inc. from July 6 to 10, 2026, reaffirming the company's commitment to developing competent Safety Officers and strengthening its Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs.
The five-day training provided participants with comprehensive knowledge of construction safety management, including hazard identification, risk assessment, accident prevention, health and safety legislation, OSH program implementation, emergency preparedness, and the responsibilities of Safety Officers in ensuring compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards. The program was designed to prepare participants to effectively support and sustain a safe working environment within construction projects.
The training featured a team of experienced Occupational Safety and Health professionals who shared their expertise throughout the five-day program. Day 1 was facilitated by Daniel Bautista, followed by Day 2 with Christine Francisco. The final three days were conducted by Reginald Basco, a DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Consultant, Registered Civil Engineer, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, and a safety professional with more than 19 years of Occupational Safety and Health experience. Through practical discussions, industry case studies, and real-world applications, participants gained valuable insights into effectively managing construction-related hazards and implementing proactive safety measures.
