MANILA — QESH Training Center & Consultancy OPC conducted a Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) Face-to-Face Training for Tanduay Distillers, Inc. on June 23 at its facility in San Miguel, Manila.

The Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) Training focused on strengthening employees' understanding of how individual behaviors and everyday decisions influence overall workplace safety. Participants explored the relationship between human behavior and incident prevention, emphasizing that a strong safety culture is built through consistent safe actions, accountability, and teamwork.

Throughout the session, participants learned how to recognize unsafe behaviors, encourage positive safety practices, and effectively communicate safety concerns before they lead to workplace incidents.
