MAKATI CITY — QESH Training Center & Consultancy OPC successfully conducted a Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH SO1) Face-to-Face Training for Rockwell Integrated Property Services Inc. on July 14, 2026, at #20 Ground Floor Hidalgo Place, Hidalgo Drive, Rockwell Center, Makati City. The training reflects the company's commitment to strengthening workplace safety, developing competent Safety Officers, and ensuring compliance with Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards.
The Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training for Safety Officer 1 (SO1) provided participants with a comprehensive introduction to the principles of workplace safety, covering hazard identification, risk assessment, accident prevention, emergency preparedness, and the legal responsibilities of employers and employees under the Occupational Safety and Health Standards. The program emphasized the importance of creating a proactive safety culture where every employee contributes to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
The training was facilitated by Reginald Basco, a DOLE Occupational Safety and Health Consultant, Registered Civil Engineer, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, and safety professional with more than 19 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health. Through practical discussions, industry best practices, and real-world workplace scenarios, he guided participants in understanding the responsibilities of Safety Officers and the effective implementation of Occupational Safety and Health programs within their organizations.
