TARLAC — QESH Training Center & Consultancy OPC successfully conducted an exclusive Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) Training for Powerlink Labor Service Cooperative on September 26, 2026, at Sitio Calumpit, Aranguren, Capas, Tarlac, reinforcing the organization's commitment to workplace safety and employee development.

The face-to-face training focused on understanding how human behavior influences workplace safety and accident prevention. Participants were introduced to essential concepts such as identifying unsafe acts, encouraging positive safety behaviors, improving hazard awareness, and promoting individual accountability in maintaining a safe working environment.

The session was facilitated by Mark Joseph David Gacutan, an Accredited Occupational Safety and Health Consultant and IRCA-Certified OSHMS ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. Through practical discussions and workplace-based examples, he emphasized the importance of proactive safety practices, effective communication, and employee participation in preventing workplace incidents.
