TAGUIG CITY โ QESH Training Center & Consultancy OPC conducted a Leadership Course for Managers โ Safety Officer 3 (LCM SO3) combined with Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC) training for (TAP), PMC, APMC, and the Philippine Army from October 20 to 24, held at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
The five-day program was designed to strengthen advanced safety leadership competencies, risk management capabilities, and decision-making skills among safety officers and managers operating in complex and high-risk environments. The training aligns with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements for Safety Officer 3 and emphasizes practical application of safety management principles.
Participants were trained on leadership roles and responsibilities of Safety Officers, development and implementation of safety and health programs, and systematic approaches to hazard identification and risk control. The inclusion of HIRAC reinforced proactive risk management, enabling participants to anticipate hazards, assess operational risks, and apply effective control measures.
The training was facilitated by experienced and highly competent instructors, bringing extensive field knowledge and industry experience into the classroom. Their practical approach ensured that discussions remained relevant to real operational challenges, particularly within institutional and defense-related work environments.
QESH extends its sincere appreciation to TAP, PMC, APMC, and the Philippine Army, all of which are valued and loyal clients, for their continued trust in QESH as a training partner. Their sustained engagement reflects a strong commitment to professional development, operational safety, and institutional compliance.
Through this collaboration, QESH continues to support organizations that place high value on leadership, discipline, and structured risk management as foundations of a strong safety culture.
