JHA and Risk Assessment Training Conducted for Millennium Global Power Corporation

CALOOCAN CITY — QESH Training Center & Consultancy OPC conducted a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessment Training for Millennium Global Power Corporation on December 13, with 23 participants completing the program.

The training aimed to strengthen participants’ ability to identify workplace hazards, evaluate risks, and implement appropriate control measures essential to high-risk operations in the power and energy sector.

Participants were guided through the principles of Job Hazard Analysis, hazard identification methods, risk evaluation techniques, and the hierarchy of controls. Real-world workplace scenarios were discussed to help participants understand how JHA is applied in daily operations and safety planning.

The session emphasized proactive risk management and the importance of anticipating hazards before incidents occur. Participants were encouraged to integrate JHA into routine tasks and decision-making processes to enhance workplace safety.

The session was facilitated by Reginald Basco, a DOLE-accredited OSH Consultant, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH, and OSHA certified professional, and Registered Civil Engineer, with over 19 years of OSH experience.
