MESH- Mandatory 8 Hours OSH Orientation for Workers
The Mandatory 8-hour Safety and Health Seminar for Workers in the Philippines is a government-mandated training program that provides workers with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify and prevent workplace hazards and accidents.
It is a comprehensive seminar covering safety precautions, health and sanitation, emergency response, and labor laws. This program applies to all workers in the Philippines, including regular employees, and contractual workers.
Participants of this training are expected to apply what they have learned in their respective workplaces to create a safer and healthier working environment for themselves and their colleagues.
The seminar is recognized and acknowledged by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and is required for workers.
Through this training, workers become more knowledgeable and equipped to prevent workplace incidents, leading to higher efficiency, productivity, and safety.
The 8 Hours Mandatory Training (MESH) is the prescribed Basic OSH Training Course for employees under Section 3 (n) of RA 11058 and Section 3 (v) of O 198-18.
Certificate of Completion will be given to the students who completed the prescribed training and successfully pass the examination.
