TAGUIG CITY — QESH Training Center & Consultancy OPC conducted three batches of Mandatory (8) – Eight Hours Occupational Safety and Health Orientation (Face-to-Face) for Deloitte at its Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig office on May 20, May 26, and June 2.
The multi-batch training initiative reflects Deloitte’s continued commitment to workplace safety, employee well-being, and regulatory compliance. By conducting multiple sessions, the organization was able to provide more employees with the opportunity to complete the required Occupational Safety and Health Orientation while ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
Throughout the training, participants were introduced to fundamental Occupational Safety and Health principles, including hazard identification, accident prevention, risk awareness, and the responsibilities of both employers and workers in maintaining a safe workplace. Discussions emphasized the importance of safety awareness not only as a compliance requirement but also as a shared responsibility that contributes to a healthier and more productive work environment.
The sessions were facilitated by Ronald Baniqued, who provided practical insights and workplace-based examples to help participants better understand how safety principles can be integrated into everyday work activities.
