The Mandatory 8-hour Safety and Health Seminar for Workers in the Philippines is a government-mandated training program that aims to provide workers with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify and prevent workplace hazards and accidents.

  • Understanding OSH (General Concept on OSH)

  • Understanding OSH (Definition of Terms with Examples)

  • Recognizing Safety Hazards and Appropriate Control Measures (Basic Safety Rules and Measures for Workplace Hazards)

  • Application of Hazards, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC)

  • Workplace Emergency Preparedness

  • Compliance to Administrative OSH Requirements

    • All workers including regular employees, and contractual workers.

  • Requirements for Webinar:​

    • Valid government ID

    • Digital 2×2 ID picture

    • Proof of payment (For payments made through direct bank transfer)

    • Reliable Laptop, Desktop, or Smartphone

    • Good internet connection.
