Published Jan 07, 2026

CAPAS, TARLAC — QESH Training Center & Consultancy OPC conducted a face-to-face Confined Space Safety Training for Joechem Environmental Corporation on December 2, with participants undergoing hands-on and discussion-based learning.

The training focused on strengthening awareness of confined space hazards, proper entry procedures, permit systems, and emergency response—critical components in preventing serious incidents in high-risk work environments.

Participants were trained on confined space classification, hazard identification, roles and responsibilities of entrants and attendants, and rescue considerations. Practical scenarios were discussed to ensure that safety procedures could be applied directly to field operations.

The session was facilitated by Oscar Constantino, an Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner, HSE Trainer, Mentor, and Coach, and IIF Consultant/Trainer, with over 20 years of experience in occupational safety and health. His extensive field experience provided valuable, real-world context to the training.

QESH commends Joechem Environmental Corporation for its proactive approach to protecting workers and strengthening compliance in high-risk operations.
