QESH Training Center & Consultancy OPC successfully conducted a series of specialized Occupational Safety and Health training programs for Hallmark Mining Corporation from May to June 2026, reflecting the company's continued commitment to strengthening workplace safety, compliance, and workforce competency.

The training series commenced with the Accident Investigation and Occupational Safety and Health Related Reports Training (AI/OSHRRT) Webinar on May 25. The program focused on the proper conduct of workplace incident investigations, root cause analysis, documentation procedures, and preparation of OSH-related reports. Participants gained practical knowledge on identifying contributing factors behind incidents and developing corrective actions that help prevent recurrence.

To further strengthen workplace safety culture, Hallmark Mining Corporation conducted two batches of Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) Webinar Training on May 28 and June 2. The sessions highlighted the role of employee behavior, decision-making, and accountability in preventing incidents and improving overall safety performance. Participants were encouraged to recognize unsafe acts, reinforce positive behaviors, and contribute to a safer working environment.

The training series concluded with the Job Hazard Analysis and Work Permit System Training (JHA/WPST) Webinar on June 9. Participants learned systematic approaches to identifying workplace hazards, assessing risks, and implementing appropriate controls before work begins. The training also emphasized the importance of permit-to-work systems in managing high-risk activities and ensuring operational safety.
