CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA — QESH Training Center & Consultancy OPC successfully conducted a Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH SO1) Face-to-Face Training for FUJIFILM Optics Philippines Inc. on July 10, 2026, in Calamba City, Laguna. The training reflects the company's commitment to cultivating a safe working environment, strengthening employee competency, and ensuring compliance with Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards.

The Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training for Safety Officer 1 (SO1) provided participants with fundamental knowledge on workplace hazard identification, accident prevention, risk assessment, emergency preparedness, and the duties and responsibilities of employers and employees in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. The program also emphasized the role of Safety Officers in supporting organizational safety initiatives and fostering a proactive safety culture.

The training was facilitated by Christine Francisco, who delivered practical discussions supported by real-world workplace scenarios and industry best practices. Through an engaging learning environment, participants enhanced their understanding of hazard recognition, risk control measures, and the importance of integrating safety into daily work activities.
