QUEZON CITY — QESH Training Center & Consultancy OPC conducted a Mandatory (8) – Eight Hours Occupational Safety and Health Orientation for 9 Dragon Sha Tin Inc. on September 10, 2026, at 133 Del Monte Avenue, corner Sto. Domingo Avenue, Quezon City, reinforcing the company’s commitment to workplace safety, employee development, and Occupational Safety and Health awareness.
The face-to-face program provided participants with essential knowledge on workplace safety and health principles, including hazard identification, risk awareness, accident prevention, and the responsibilities of employers and workers in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Throughout the session, participants were encouraged to recognize how everyday workplace decisions and practices can influence safety. The orientation reinforced the importance of identifying hazards early, following established safety procedures, and actively participating in organizational efforts to prevent workplace incidents.
The training was facilitated by Jose "Jun" Toledo Jr., a DOLE-OSHC Accredited Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner and Licensed Civil Engineer with more than 22 years of safety and health experience across the transportation, construction, and mining industries.
Drawing from more than two decades of industry experience, Toledo shared practical insights and workplace-based examples that helped participants connect Occupational Safety and Health principles with real-world situations. His discussion emphasized the importance of individual responsibility and collective participation in building and sustaining a positive safety culture.
